Patento B2B platform

An HR manager administering Patento's benefit handles hundreds of employee records, each with an eligibility status and a usage limit. The design problem is scanning: spotting the blocked and inactive accounts fast, without reading every row. The UX offers two modes for two jobs — a dense table for scanning, cards for reviewing — with status carried in colour and limits shown as fill bars rather than numbers. Filtering, search and bulk import sit in the same surface.
