Pre-pensja is early access to earned wages. Employers care about liquidity and admin load; employees care about money before payday. Both need convincing and they want opposite things from a page. The site splits at the top level — Pracodawcy and Pracownicy — so each argument runs clean. The same engagement covered the app UX showing employees exactly what they owe and when.
